This is a corner of the site I've been meaning to build for a while. It'll mostly be a place to write about whatever comes to mind as a way of sharing my thoughts and experiences. Sometimes it'll be technical, sometimes not. Sometimes it'll be long, sometimes short. But hopefully it'll be interesting. If you find something worth reading, great. If not, well, then get the hell outta here.

The plan is to cover programming from both ends of the spectrum. Some posts will be aimed at beginners: the kind of clear, grounded explanations I wish I'd had when I was first in college. Other posts will go deeper like architecture decisions, system design trade-offs, the things you only really start to appreciate once you've built and broken enough systems. If you've been doing this for years, there should still be something worth reading.

Other times I might have a few beers and will feel the need to rant about some hot takes rattling around in my head. Sometimes it'll be funny, most times it'll be a hot mess. A lot of the stuff that might make you thinkg "wouldn't this be better as a tweet?" will probably end up here. But since I don't want to participate in the social media hellscape, this is where it'll go instead.

No fixed posting schedule. Just whenever I have something worth saying.

Thanks for stopping by!
